Emergency Help Needed This Holiday
Due to an increase in urgent requests for help with foster, boarding, and medical care, we need to raise $15,000 before year’s end.
During the holidays, domestic violence increases by 20%. Women, children, and pets are more at risk this time of year than any other.
How You Can Help
Help us grow our Kindness Circle sustaining program. Become a Kindness Circle member this month, and you will receive a Ruthless Kindness cap as a gift! Learn more about RK's Kindness Circle program.
Give a one-time or monthly gift. Donate $300 or more and we will reserve a seat for you at RK's 2025 dinner benefit (date TBD) at Goatlandia Kitchen in Sebastopol.
Unlike most victim services, we do not receive county contracts or funding. We rely on your donations, and we need you to keep going.
Your donations directly help people and animals in need:
-
- $500 funds a week of foster or boarding for a victim's animal including shelter, food, bedding, and supplies.
- $250 covers the full diagnostics and medications for one of the many pets we see with a severe skin and ear infection
-
- $150 provides a full vet exam, flea & tick prevention, deworming, vaccines and a microchip
-
- $50 buys a week's worth of pet food and a new leash and collar for one client's pet
-
- $35 affords a new pet bed
-
- $10 provides flea & tick prevention for the pet of one client
Your help today reduces unnecessary suffering of both people and their animals. Thank you for being there for them.
